Ingredients
- 460g Chicken/Beef Mince
- Sea salt
- Dried garlic flakes
- Tomatoes
- Homemade Cucumber and onion pickle (optional)
- Lettuce of choice
- Mayonnaise( Hellerman’s or Carb Smart) Optional
Directions
- Form 4 patties with the mincemeat.
- Sprinkle with light sea salt and dried garlic flakes.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes each side, or until meat is no longer PINK.
- Add your favourite toppings we suggest tomato, homemade cucumber an onion pickle and your lettuce of choice.
