Bun less Burger


  • 460g Chicken/Beef Mince
  • Sea salt
  • Dried garlic flakes
  • Tomatoes
  • Homemade Cucumber and onion pickle (optional)
  • Lettuce of choice
  • Mayonnaise( Hellerman’s or Carb Smart) Optional


  1. Form 4 patties with the mincemeat.
  2. Sprinkle with light sea salt and dried garlic flakes.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes each side, or until meat is no longer PINK.
  4. Add your favourite toppings we suggest tomato, homemade cucumber an onion pickle and your lettuce of choice.
