Quick and Easy



1 Cabbage 

1/2 Red bell pepper

1/2 Green pepper

1/2 Zucchini

2 Raw Carrots

2x 140g Chicken Breast

Salt and Pepper 

1 Tbsp Avo/Coconut oil

Optional- Coconut Amino's



Remove the cabbage leaves and be careful not to break them.

Boil them for 15 minutes in a large pot with water. 

In the meanwhile, brown the chicken breast in a pan with a few drops of avo/ coconut oil.

Cut vegetables in strips and fry in the same pan with1/2 tbsp. avo/Coconut oil (except for the carrots) and add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the stems of the cabbage a little before stuffing them. Fill with chicken and vegetables and close like a burrito.

Use the same pan to sear the rolls for a few minutes on each side.

Serve with Coconut Amino's and Enjoy
