CHOCOLATE PUDDING

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 large eggs (cooked scrambled)

60ml unsweetened almond milk or Coconut Milk

2-3 Tsp.  Sweeteners or to taste

15ml unsweetened cocoa powder

 Dash vanilla extract

Dash cinnamon

pinch salt

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a frying pan on medium heat cooked eggs as you would when making scrambled eggs. Place your scrambled eggs into a high-powered blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until completely smooth in texture. Taste and adjust your sweetener if needed.

Pour batter evenly into serving glass and refrigerate until set, about an hour.

Store in the fridge covered, for up to 4 days.
