• 2 Whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp Psyllium husk
  • 2 Packets Sweetner
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon or Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1 Tsp Coconut Oil


  1. Whisk all ingredient together till combined.
  2. Add 1/2 Teaspoon Coconut oil to a frying pan.
  3. Scoop mixture in the mixture, a spoon at a time.
  4. Fry till Golden brown or light in texture and cooked.
  5. You can top them off with Cinnamon fried apples.

Notes: You can leave the Sweetner and Cinnamon or cocoa powder out and create a savory flapjack.
