Healthy trifle

Sponge Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg Whisked
  • 1tsp coconut oil
  • ½ Baking powder
  • Pinch Salt

To Assemble

  • 1TBSP Homemade Strawberry Jam
  • 1 Packet Simply Delish jelly(premade)
  • 2TBSP Full Fat Cream Whipped
  • 1TBSP Crushed Almonds or Cashews
  • 1 Handful Fresh mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, and strawberries)
  • 1 Handful Kiwi Sliced Cubes

Directions

  1. Microwave for 90 sec and viola, cut into 4 slices and let cool, once cool spread some Homemade strawberry jam and layer. Cut into 2cm thick slices and set aside
  2. Assemble Layer in a nice dessert bowl. Start with a sponge, fruit (kiwi and berries) jelly, coconut cream, and then crushed nuts and repeat.
