Pineapple Sorbet


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 150ml almond/coconut milk
  • Sweetener (optional)


  1. Add pineapple, coconut/almond milk, and sweetener(if using) to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. Pour into a freezer-friendly, airtight container. Freeze for 3-6 hours, or until completely frozen. Allow thawing for 10-50 minutes before scooping—this treatment can take a while to thaw.**
  4. Enjoy!
