Ingredients
- 2 Lettuce cups (romaine or butter)
- 115g Sliced Grilled steak
- 1 Sliced tomato
- 1 Carrot Sliced in Julene Strips
- Handful of cilantro
Dressing
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- ½ Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 Garlic clove (dice finely of not using a blender)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Divide all ingredients among 2 lettuce “shells”.
- Wrap up and eat like a taco!
