YOGURT CREME BRÛLÉE

 Read before preparing: you must use THICK Greek yogurt and small egg, otherwise the recipe will not work.

INGREDIENTS:

1 small egg

180 ml thick Greek yogurt

1 ½  Tbsp sweetener of choice (erythritol )

½  Tsp vanilla extract

 

TOPPING:

1 Tsp sweetener of choice

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 165 Cº (325Fº).

IMPORTANT: start by removing the watery liquid floating on the top of your yogurt surface, if any has formed.

In a bowl stir together Greek Yogurt with egg, sweetener of choice and vanilla extract. Transfer crème brûlée mixture to ramekin (11 cm / 4 in diameter and 300 ml capacity) and sprinkle with 1 tsp sweetener of choice.

- Bake in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes and serve sprinkled with more sweetener if you desire and fresh fruit
