COCOA FLAPJACKS

Ingredients
- 1 Egg Seperated
- 10 ml Unsweetened cocoa Powder
- 20 ml Diet Doctor Lean Whey protein Shake You can use Vanilla or Chocolate
- 10 ml Coconut oil Melted
- 1 ml Baking Powder
POUR OVER SAUCE
- 10 ml Diet Doctor Lean Whey protein Shake You can use Vanilla or Chocolate
- 5-10 ml Unsweetened cocoa Powder Depending on how dark you want your chocolate sauce
- 15-20 ml Water
Instructions
Flapjacks batter mix
- Pop the egg white in a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes till it’s a little fluffy. Add egg yolk, cocoa powder, shake powder, melted coconut oil, water and blend till combined. Then add baking powder and combine by hand.
Pour over Sauce
- Mix together and Microwave for 20-30 sec and bingo-Chocolate sauce for your flapjacks.
Notes
Make waffles with same batter, just heat waffle pan and spray with non stick spray and bake till done.
Make Mug cake with same batter- oil a mug and place batter in the cup and microwave on high for 60-90 minutes and pour over sauce for a delectable meal.
