Creamy Coffee Date Frappe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 3 units Medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, then pitted)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup ice (adjust to desired thickness)
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Brew your coffee ahead of time and allow it to cool completely.
- Remove pits from Medjool dates and then soak in hot water for 10 minutes.
- In a blender or Nutri bullet , add the cooled coffee, soaked dates, ice, cocoa powder, cinnamon, almond butter, and coconut oil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour over ice in a glass and enjoy this rich, velvety frappe with a touch of sweetness and spice!
