With only a handful of ingredients like mushrooms, spring onions, and optional mozzarella for a treat, this dish is baked to perfection in just 35 minutes. Ideal for busy mornings, it’s a healthy and flavorful option to keep you satisfied and energized.
Ingredients
- 1 Large Pepper
- 2 Whole Egg
- 100g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 Spring onions diced
- Herbamare salt to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 thumb-size Mozzarella (treat option)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsuis.
- Cut the pepper in half and remove seeds. Now add an egg in each ½ pepper, then add the mushrooms and spring onions on top of the egg.
- Season to taste with herbamare/ salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 35 minutes or till done.
Notes
NOTE: Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top if using s a treat meal.
